Alisha is a seasoned Social Media Manager, with a wealth of experience managing small business social accounts since 2017. Alisha’s passion lies in bringing brands to life, weaving captivating narratives, and amplifying the voices of small businesses to expand their reach and meet business objectives. 

With her knack for creating compelling content that resonates with the right audiences at the right time, she has propelled Bend Epicurean to become Central Oregon’s fastest-growing social channel since its launch in September 2023. Now averaging 50+ organic followers each day. Fresh off this success, LIFT Social is now doing the same for your business. Alisha is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to LIFT your small business to new heights.

Greg Prescott, co-founder of Lift Social Bend, is a dynamic leader with a  diverse career spanning 15 years in operations, marketing, business  development, human resources, and executive search/talent management  within the hospitality sector. His expertise and  dedication to community-building are the cornerstones of his  professional journey.

Before launching LIFT, Greg was instrumental in the success of The Bend  Epicurean, a food and lifestyle social channel that set the stage for  his next venture. His contributions to the industry have not gone  unnoticed; he was honored as a 30 under 30 by 425  Business Magazine and Hotel Management Magazine, recognizing his  exceptional impact in the Seattle area and beyond.

A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Hospitality  Business Management, Greg combines his academic background with  real-world experience. His career is distinguished by a deep commitment  to enhancing community connections and supporting  small businesses. He excels as a business advisor, offering guidance on  artistic vision, content mapping, AI integration, and crafting  compelling marketing copy. His passion for staying attuned to the latest  social trends fuels his innovative approach to leadership  and content creation.

Greg's love for global travel enriches his perspective, as he actively  seeks out diverse cultures and unique hospitality experiences. This  exploration not only informs his professional endeavors but also  reinforces his commitment to fostering vibrant, engaged  communities through LIFT Social Bend.

Mariana, Marketing Strategist of Lift Social Bend is a digital marketing expert from Costa Rica, now part of the Lift Social Bend team. With a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and project management, she has driven brand growth across multiple industries. Known for her data-driven approach, Mariana has led campaigns that significantly boosted brand awareness and engagement, using her creativity and strategic insight to make brands stand out online.

A lover of travel and nature, Mariana brings a fresh perspective to her work, inspired by diverse experiences and a passion for storytelling. She’s excited to help Central Oregon businesses build authentic connections with their audiences, creating vibrant, lasting online communities through tailored social media strategies.

Jeff Sandí is a freelance audiovisual post-producer and digital animator who brings motion, rhythm, and storytelling together in everything he creates. A graduate of CETAV in Costa Rica, Jeff has worked across a wide range of audiovisual styles, giving him a versatile and adaptable creative edge.

He thrives in collaborative environments, believing the best ideas come from seeing the creative world through other people’s eyes. Known for his sharp visual instincts and sense of timing, Jeff adds depth and energy to every project he touches.

When he’s not animating, you’ll find him enjoying absurd social media reels, dropping unapologetically bad jokes, and somehow living life with his phone perpetually at 1%.

Christopher Vargas is a graphic designer who finds beauty in dots, lines, and the art of turning ideas into compelling visual stories. With a well-rounded background in graphic design, advertising, and marketing, he brings a strategic and holistic approach to brand communication.

His work is rooted in content creation—blending thoughtful strategy with visual creativity to help brands clearly express who they are and where they’re headed. Christopher has worked across a wide range of industries, including mass consumer brands, niche markets, health, services, and real estate.

Specializing in social media design and content strategy, he helps emerging brands grow and stand out in competitive spaces. Known for his creative mindset, agility, and consistency, Christopher stays closely tuned to trends while always prioritizing authentic connection.

Outside of design, he loves exploring new places, spending time with friends, and immersing himself in art—constantly fueling fresh ideas and inspiration.

Rachel Kyte, Social Media Manager at Lift Social Bend, brings over a decade of experience in marketing, project management, and business operations. She combines thoughtful strategy with authentic storytelling to create intentional, well-structured content that helps brands show up consistently and connect with their audience in a way that feels natural and true to the people behind the business.

Throughout her career, Rachel has supported globally recognized brands including Nike, Hydro Flask, and OXO, while remaining deeply passionate about helping small businesses grow and thrive.

After 14 years in Bend, Rachel is deeply invested in the local community. She loves partnering with Central Oregon businesses, telling their stories, and building meaningful connections within the place she proudly calls home.
