Job Title: Content Creator

Compensation: $25/hour
Schedule: Flexible | Approximately 10–20 hours/week depending on client needs

Lift Social Media Management is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly reliable Part-Time Content Creator based in Bend, Oregon to support our growing roster of hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, and local business clients.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the community, capturing real-time moments, and bringing brands to life through photo and video content. Your primary focus will be executing content shoot days using pre-built shot lists, gathering social-first content on-site, and helping our creative team maintain a consistent flow of high-quality visual assets.

You’ll spend your time visiting local businesses, events, restaurants, hotels, and client locations throughout Central Oregon capturing authentic, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

This is not a strategy-heavy or account management role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating, filming, editing, and moving quickly in dynamic environments.

Lift Social Media Management is a boutique digital agency fueled by creativity, storytelling, and a passion for supporting local businesses. We help brands throughout Central Oregon and beyond connect with their audience through social media, content creation, photography, videography, email marketing, branding, and digital storytelling.

• Execute pre-planned content shoot days using detailed shot lists and creative direction provided by the Lift team
• Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Attend client events, activations, restaurant visits, and community experiences throughout Central Oregon
• Film social-first content including Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, product shots, lifestyle content, interviews, and trend-based content
• Organize and upload raw content into Dropbox or shared asset folders following internal naming conventions
• Perform basic mobile editing using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and representing the Lift brand on-site
• Collaborate closely with the social media management team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign direction
• Stay current on social media trends, audio trends, and platform best practices

• Previous experience creating content for brands, social media accounts, or personal platforms
• Comfortable filming with iPhone and/or camera equipment
• Basic editing experience using CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally if needed
• Ability to move quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments

• Loves social media, storytelling, food, hospitality, and community
• Comfortable driving between client locations and attending occasional evening/weekend shoots

• Must be based in Bend, Oregon or surrounding areas
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability for content shoots and local events
• Comfortable working independently while following creative direction
